1. How do I sign up for a membership?
Fill in the membership form via the button on this page. We will confirm your details and start date within one working day.
2. What is included in a membership?
All memberships include access to workspaces and lounges, high-speed Wi-Fi, use of the phone booths, and invites to member events. Meeting rooms are bookable at member rates. Dedicated Desk members also get 24/7 access, lockable storage, mail handling, and guest access.
3. How do I book a meeting room?
Meeting rooms are bookable through the member portal. All members get access at preferential rates. Day pass visitors can book rooms at the standard day rate.
4. What does a membership cost?
Full membership starts at €250 per month (12-month plan). Flexible membership starts at €150 per month (12-month plan). A Dedicated Desk starts at €500 per month (12-month plan). All prices are exclusive of BTW.
5. How does billing work?
Membership fees are billed monthly, in advance. Payment runs automatically by direct debit. Your first invoice is sent when your membership starts.
6. How do I cancel or change my membership?
You can change or cancel your membership with one month notice, subject to the minimum term of your plan. Contact the Club-Staal team to discuss your options.
7. Can I share my membership with a colleague?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. If your team needs multiple spots, ask us about team membership options.
8. Can I bring guests?
Yes. Full and Flexible members can bring guests for coffee or a quick meeting. Dedicated Desk members can bring guests at any time. Meeting room guests follow the standard guest policy.
9. Who can I contact on-site for help?
The Club-Staal floor team is at the reception during opening hours. They handle everything from room bookings to parcel pick-up. You can also reach us by email at welcome@club-staal.nl
10. Are there phone booths available?
Yes. Phone booths are available to all members throughout the day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
